About

Our mission is to create a welcoming, adaptive yoga program that honors each person’s unique journey with neuromuscular disease. We provide a safe and supportive space to explore movement, breath, and inner calm. Together, we —nurturish resilience, emotional well-being, and a deeper connection to self and community.

We have designed as a 12-week adaptive yoga program, incorporating movement, breath work and mindfulness to meet your needs.

This online space is where everything comes together: live classes, session recordings, downloadable guides, and most importantly—a supportive community of individuals who understand what it means to live with neuromuscular conditions.

Inside, you’ll find tools to deepen your practice, connect with others, and explore yoga in a way that feels right for your body and your journey. Whether you’re attending your first class or revisiting a favorite pose, you can go at your own pace, in your own way, and still feel deeply connected. This isn’t just about yoga—it’s about creating a space where healing, community, and empowerment thrive.

Come as you are.   We’ll meet you here.

Medical Doctor • Neuroscientist • Adaptive Yoga Teacher

As a daughter, mother, wife, and partner, I carry the wisdom of many roles — all of which inform how I connect with others through movement and care. Trained as a medical doctor and neuroscientist, I’ve seen firsthand how yoga and mindfulness can profoundly impact the therapeutic journey.

Yoga has been part of my life since childhood — first through my mother, then as a personal practice, and now as a teacher sharing adapted yoga with beautiful souls across Europe. Since 2021, I’ve taught with a focus on inclusion, presence, and connection.

I’m grateful to partner with Deborah and help nurture a global community where borders disappear, every pace is honored, and every person is embraced without judgment.

Patient Advocate • Adaptive Yoga Facilitator • Community Leader

As a daughter, mother, wife, and lifelong community leader, I bring both lived experience and a deep commitment to accessible wellness into every space I help create. With an academic background in political science, education, and law, I’ve combined my professional roots with specialized training in patient advocacy, mindfulness, and adaptive yoga.

Living with multiple rare diseases — including Myasthenia Gravis — I’ve personally discovered healing, strength, and growth through movement. Yoga became a way for me to reconnect with my body, restore balance, and find resilience in the face of uncertainty. When I couldn’t find what I needed — I helped to create it.

I’m honored to co-lead this beautiful community with Vera, where every body and every journey is welcomed.
