About the event

Living with a neuromuscular condition often means navigating a world that wasn’t designed with your body in mind. This 12-week experience was created to change that.


Breath. Move. Thrive. Yoga for Everybody is an adaptive yoga and mindfulness program designed specifically for the neuromuscular community—offering a supportive space where movement is redefined, and every effort is honored. Rooted in lived experience and guided by clinical insight, this program blends gentle, adaptable movement with breathwork and mindfulness practices to support both physical and emotional well-being.


Each session is intentionally designed to meet you where you are, with flexible options that prioritize energy conservation, body awareness, and safety. Whether you are seated, standing, or simply present in stillness, you are an active part of this experience.
